The Photographer I chose is Tyler Shields
I chose this picture because I think it really catches your attention. I like that the picture is shot as an extreme close up and it does not have too much empty backround space. The light on the left side of her face is also very affective because it gives detail to the backround and it leads your eyes to her face from the left side.
I chose this picture because like the picture above, I think it truly catches your eye. The lighting in the picture is fantastic and i love the big heavy shadows it creates behind her. I also love that the light is soo bright because it shows a big contrast from very dark to very light. I also like the mystery with the phot because I fell as if it is trying to tell a story. I also like how her arm acts as a leading line to the gun in her hand and the glares on the windshield.
I chose this picture because i found it particularly interesting. I think he took his subject and tell a lot about him. I like how the angle of the camera is facing down towards him and i like how the lighting was done so that no shadows are shown. I feel that shadows would have taken focus away from the subject and draw your eyes away. The backround being very clear and plane also helps to keep the focus on the subject and his props.
